Incident Summary:

10/21/2009: On Wednesday, between Senaki, Samegrelo and Zemo Svaneti, Georgia and Poti, Samegrelo and Zemo Svaneti, Georgia, assailants detonated an explosive device believed to be made from TNT, damaging 100 yards of track and overturned 16 tanker cars but caused no casualties. The motive for the attack was to disrupt transportation on the railroad line. No group has claimed responsibility for the attack, but rebels from Abkhazia were thought to be responsible.
