Incident Summary:

10/18/2009: On Sunday, in Lashkar Gah, Helmand, Afghanistan, on the Helmand to Kandahar Highway, armed assailants kidnapped two non-government organization (NGO) workers. Two days later, on 10/20/2009, the hostages were released. No property damage was reported in the attack. No group claimed responsibility.
