10/16/2009: On Friday evening at 2030, in Tak Bai, Narathiwat, Thailand, armed assailants, using M16 assault rifles, fired upon and killed Jehusman Soree, 39, a deputy village headman of Ban Padadoo, outside his residence. No group claimed responsibility, although authorities suspected Muslim separatists were responsible.
