09/28/2009: On Monday night at about 2230, in Chaparhar, Nangarhar, Afghanistan, armed assailants fired rockets at the residence of the Provincial Council Chief, Fazal Hadi Muslimyar, damaging the residence but causing no casualties. Assailants then exchanged fire with guards. No group claimed responsibility.

Criteria 1
