09/13/2009: On Sunday evening at 2030, in the Binpur area of West Midnapore, West Bengal, India, assailants fired upon and killed a supporter of the Communist Party of India-Marxist (CPI-M). No group claimed responsibility, although it was widely believed the Communist Party of India-Maoist (CPI-Maoist) was responsible.
