09/08/2009: On Tuesday, in Chitral, North West Frontier, Pakistan, assailants kidnapped a Greek Non-government organization (NGO) worker who was supervising a construction job, after firing on a bodyguard. The status of the hostage is unknown. No group claimed responsibility, although it was widely believed the Taliban was responsible.
