Incident Summary:

08/25/2009: On Tuesday, in Sundargarh, Orissa, India, assailants detonated an improvised explosive device at the Roxy railway station. They also set fire to vehicles and kidnapped three employees of the station. They released the victims a three hours later. No group claimed responsibility, although it was widely believed the Communist Party of India-Maoist (CPI-Maoist) was responsible.
