08/24/2009: On Monday morning at around 0730, in Latehar, Jharkhand, India, about 20 Naxalites blew up a stretch of railway track just 10 minutes after the Delhi-Ranchi Rajdhani Express train crossed the area. The Communist Party of India (Maoist) / Naxalites were responsible.

Success of a terrorist strike is defined according to the tangible effects of the attack.
