Incident Summary:
08/20/2009: On Thursday, an explosion attack against the new court house of Santander de Quilichao, located in between Villa del Sur and El Canalon in the department of Cauca, Colombia, 40 kilograms of R-1 explosives were used for this attack causing 90 percent damage to the court house and some nearby residences. No group has claimed responsibility but authorizes believe the attack was carried out by the 9th and 30th Front of the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia.
