Incident Summary:
08/20/2009: On Thursday, more than 20 rockets fell in Lashkar Gah, the capital of Helmand province, in the south. One of the rockets landed near a line of voters at 0720, and killed a child, injured a civilian and damaged a polling station. No group has claimed responsibility, but it is believed that the attack is part of an effort of Taliban to disrupt the election.
