Incident Summary:

08/20/2009: On Thursday morning, a rocket fired by insurgents slammed next to a polling booth in Ghazni province south of Afghanistan, causing no damage and no casualties. The rocket attack happened minutes after the beginning of the vote and forced the voters to run away but after a while they came to the line and resumed voting. No group claimed responsibility.
