Incident Summary:

08/20/2009: On Thursday, in Qazal village, Darzab, Jowzjan, Afghanistan, armed assailants fired a rocket at a polling station, damaging the station but causing no casualties. A man was arrested for allegedly firing the rocket, and later admitted to the crime saying Taliban fighters asked him to fire the rocket. No group claimed responsibility.
