Incident Summary:
08/05/2009: On Wednesday evening around 2012, an automobile filled with explosives had exploded at a market, setting a nearby store on fire and wounding several people. a transformer located above a parking area had exploded causing a power line to fall on a Gazel microbus parked next to a store. The vehicle caught on fire and then exploded. The Gazel was apparently operating on propane instead of gasoline. The fire consumed over 300 meters of market territory. Three people, two of whom were identified as Kotiyev, Yelmurziyev, were hurt, suffering from broken bones and serious burns. No group claimed responsibility.

Criteria
Criteria 1
The act must be aimed at attaining a political, economic, religious, or social goal. In terms of economic goals, the exclusive pursuit of profit does not satisfy this criterion. It must involve the pursuit of more profound, systemic economic change.
