Incident Summary:

08/05/2009: On Wednesday evening at about 2000, in Pachiro Agam, Nangarhar, Afghanistan, assailants detonated an improvised explosive device targeting a vehicle, killing four security guards and two tribal elders, wounding one security guard, and damaging the vehicle. No group claimed responsibility, although it was widely believed the Taliban was responsible.
