08/04/2009: On Tuesday at 1200 noon, in Shah Joy, Zabol, Afghanistan, a suicide bomber detonated an improvised explosive device targeting a vehicle of the National Directorate of Security (NDS), killing four civilians and one intelligence agent, wounding 17 civilians and two intelligence agents, and damaging the vehicle. The Taliban claimed responsibility.
