Incident Summary:

07/27/2009: On Monday morning at 0600, in Mansehra, North West Frontier, Pakistan, assailants detonated an improvised explosive device outside the Al-Khurram CD shop and Internet cafe, killing one civilian, injuring two others, and damaging four shops. No group claimed responsibility, although it was widely believed the Taliban was responsible.
