Incident Summary:

07/21/2009: On Tuesday morning around 0800, in Baghdad, Iraq, assailants detonated two roadside improvised explosive devices near the convoy of the Minister of Water Resources which, at the time, was traveling through the Karradah district. Three police officers and three civilians were wounded in addition to damaging several vehicles in the convoy. No group claimed responsibility.
