Incident Summary:

07/16/2009: On Thursday, at the Kacha Garhi refugee camp near Peshawar, North West Frontier, Pakistan, assailants attempted to kidnap a Pakistani employee, identified as Zil-e-Usman. The kidnapping failed and resulted in an armed assault. No group claimed responsibility however, authorities suspect the Taliban was responsible for the attempted kidnapping.
