07/11/2009: On Saturday afternoon around 1500, unknown assailants detonated a vehicle-borne improvised explosive device in an alley in Gugjali, Ninawa, Iraq, killing five civilians, injuring between 38 and 52 other civilians, and damaging eight homes, several shops, and several cars. No group claimed responsibility.
