Incident Summary:

07/08/2009: On Wednesday, a vehicle-borne improvised explosive device (VBIED) was detonated in the al-Kabbah area of Mosul city, in northern Iraq. According to reports, the blast occurred in almost exact coordination with a second VBIED detonation in another part of Mosul. At least seven civilians were wounded in this attack. No group has claimed responsibility.
