Incident Summary:
05/17/2009: On Sunday night at about 2100, in the Rashid district of Baghdad, Iraq, assailants detonated an improvised explosive device, hidden inside a plastic bag, near a cafe in the predominantly Shiite southern neighborhood of Abu Dishir, killing three or four civilians, wounding 12 others, and damaging the cafe. There was no motive reported and no group claimed responsibility.
