Incident Summary:

05/16/2009: On Saturday, unknown assailants detonated two roadside bombs targeting Governor Sheikh Abdirahman Ibrahim Ma'ow of the Islamic Courts Union (ICU) in Beled Weyne, Hiiraan, Somalia, injuring several civilians, but the governor escaped unharmed. ICU fighters fired on and arrested two suspects at the scene. No damages were reported and no group claimed responsibility for the attack.
