Incident Summary:

05/10/2009: On Sunday morning at 0600, a roadside bomb exploded when a vehicle carrying construction workers hit it in Haska Mena, Nangarhar, Afghanistan. The explosion destroyed the vehicle and eight construction workers were killed in the attack. Taliban militants are suspected as being responsible for the bombing.
