Incident Summary:

05/04/2009: On Monday morning at about 1000, in Mehtar Lam, Laghman, Afghanistan, a 14 year old suicide bomber detonated an improvised explosive device targeting the vehicle of a mayor, killing three security guards, three civilians, the mayor, and damaging one vehicle. The Taliban claimed responsibility for the attack.
