Incident Summary:

04/29/2009: On Wednesday evening at approximately 2015, assailants detonated two vehicle-borne improvised explosive devices near a Shiite mosque in Madinat al Hurriyah neighborhood in the Al Kazimiyah district of Baghdad, Iraq, killing three civilians and wounding eight others. No group claimed responsibility, although it was widely believed the Islamic State of Iraq (ISI) was responsible.
