Incident Summary:

04/21/2009: On Tuesday evening at 2100, a powerful improvised explosive device exploded at a public market in Lebak, Sultan Kudarat, Philippines. No casualties were reported. A unknown man left a back pack containing the IED between the public market and a transport terminal. No groups claimed the responsibility, though it was believed that the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) was responsible. MILF denied involvement.
