Incident Summary:

04/21/2009: On Tuesday night, in Palamu, Jharkhand, India, about 150 armed assailants detonated two bombs on the Utari railway station and a nearby section of railway track, damaging the transmission department, the signal cabin and track but causing no casualties. No group claimed responsibility, but it was believed the Communist Party of India-Maoist (CPI-Maoist) was responsible.
