04/19/2009: On Sunday morning around 0700, in Purulia, West Bengal State, India, two civilians were wounded and a liquor shop was damaged when a improvised explosive device detonated near a liquor shop. No group has claimed responsibility, but the Communist Party of India-Maoist (CPI-Maoist) is thought to be responsible.
