Incident Summary:

04/03/2009: On Friday night at approximately 2330, in Panare, Pattani, Thailand, in a drive-by shooting, four armed assailants fired upon and killed a 60-year-old Buddhist man and his 18-year-old nephew in front of their residence. No group claimed responsibility, although it was widely believed that Muslim separatists were responsible.
