03/31/2009: On Tuesday, at about 2030, in Tulua, Valle del Cauca, Colombia, assailants fired upon and killed councilor and member of the Alas Party of Colombia, Carlos Alberto Wagner Valencia. No group claimed responsibility, although it was reported that Victor Saavedra and other members of the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC) were responsible.
