03/29/2009: On Sunday, in Dvani, Georgia, an improvised explosive device (IED) exploded as a police vehicle was passing, killing one police officer and damaging the vehicle. As other police officers arrived to investigate the explosion, another IED exploded, wounding six police officers and causing minor damage to a police vehicle. No group claimed responsibility.
