Incident Summary:

03/27/2009: On Friday, at about 2325, in the village of San Fernando, Pasto, Narino, Colombia, in the village of Dolores, an improvised explosive device (IED) exploded, damaging two of the Cedenar electrical company transmission towers causing the interruption of power in seven towns. No casualties were reported and no group claimed responsibility, although it was widely believed that the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC) 29th Front, was responsible.
