Incident Summary:

03/22/2009: Unidentified assailants electronically detonated two explosives that were place on gas tanks on Pan American highway, Toribio, Cauca which connects Colombia and Ecuador. This caused a portion of the highway to be closed. No casualties were reported. No group claimed responsibility, although the governor of Cauca suspected the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC) were responsible for the attack.
