Incident Summary:

03/19/2009: On Thursday, in Urmur on the outskirts of Peshawar, North West Frontier, Pakistan, suspected Taliban militants blew up an electricity pylon. Militants planted the explosives around four pylons and the blast destroyed the grid station and left half the city without power. No casualties or motive were reported.
