03/18/2009: On Wednesday, in Tibu, Norte de Santander, Colombia. On the Tibu-Cucuta road in the village of La Soledad, assailants set up a fake roadblock, stopped tractor-trailers and set them on fire, causing extensive damage to six tractor-trailers but no casualties were reported. No group claimed responsibility, although police suspected the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC) Front 33 was responsible.

Criteria 1
The act must be aimed at attaining a political, economic, religious, or social goal. In terms of economic goals, the exclusive pursuit of profit does not satisfy this criterion. It must involve the pursuit of more profound, systemic economic change.
