Incident Summary:

03/16/2009: On Monday, at about 2045, in Jolo, Sulu, Philippines, an assailant threw a grenade into a Karaoke snack house, killing two civilians, wounding three civilians, and damaging the snack house. There was no motive reported and no group claimed responsibility, although authorities blamed the Abu Sayyaf Group (ASG).
