Incident Summary:

03/09/2009: On Monday, two improvised explosive devices (IED) were detonated by police in Barangay Culianan, 14 kilometers east of Zamboanga City, Philippines. The two improvised bombs were found at the old and abandoned office of the National Telecommunications Commission in Barangay Culianan. The explosives were discovered by a group of wild bird hunters. The two IEDs were fashioned out of 81-millimeter projectile as the main charge. No group has claimed responsibility.
