Incident Summary:

03/04/2009: On Wednesday, an anchorman had just left work when he was shot in the back by two assailants some 300 meters from his house in Macasandig Village, Cagayan de Oro City, Philppines. The victim, Nilo Labares, survived the attack. Two suspects, Felizer "Boyet" Caitor and Bernardo "Nandign" Aguilar, turned themselves in to authorities on 03/09/2009. No motive for the attack was given.
