03/03/2009: On Tuesday, at 2230, the ex-chief of Ali-Yurt administration was kidnapped by 10 unidentified armed men from his home in Nazran, Russia. Magomed Albogachiyev was put into a car and driven to an unknown location. Police have investigated the kidnapping and determined that the kidnappers drove two silver-colored cars, a VAZ-2107 and a VAZ-21014.
