Incident Summary:

02/03/2009: On Tuesday night at 0310, in Santa Filomena, Iligan, Philippines, assailants detonated an improvised explosive device near a National Transmission Corporation (Transco) transmission tower, damaging it but causing no injuries. No casualties were reported and no group claimed responsibility, although it was widely believed the Moro Islamic Liberation Front was responsible.
