01/27/2009: On Tuesday, unknown gunmen abducted a Lebanese construction worker, as he drove to work, in the Niger Delta city of Warri. According to reports, the victim was driving on the Ekpan expressway when gunmen forced his vehicle to stop and took him hostage. No ransom demand has been made and no group has claimed responsibility for the attack.
