Incident Summary:

01/05/2009: On Monday morning at 0800, in the Mu'askar ar Rashid neighborhood of the Karradah district of Baghdad, Iraq, assailants detonated two roadside improvised explosive devices near a group of Shia pilgrims en route to Karbala' for Ashura, wounding seven pilgrims and five civilians. There was damage reported and no group claimed responsibility.
