12/25/2008: On Thursday, in the Diyala neighborhood of the Karradah district, Baghdad, Iraq, an IED went off near the motorcade of the city police cheif, Maj. General Kadhem Hameed Farhan, wounding five of his bodyguards and damaing one vehicle. There was no motive reported and no group claimed responsibility.
