12/21/2008: On Sunday, in Salkodihi village, Keonjhar, Orissa, India, 30 members of the Communist Party of India-Maoist raided the house of Saluka Hembram, a former Sarpanch (president of village) and killed him. Maoist leaflets were left at the scene. No damages were reported.
