Incident Summary:

12/20/2008: On Saturday afternoon, at 1300, a homemade explosive device exploded when police officers were trying to open a suspicious plastic bag at house No. 13 in Leninsky, Grozny, Chechnya, Russia. Four policemen and two civilians were injured in the explosion. The bomb contained shrapnel-generating objects. No damages were reported and no group claimed responsibility for the attack.
