Incident Summary:

12/14/2008: On Sunday, unknown assailants detonated a bomb at a grocery store near the crowded main square of San Rafael, Antioquia, Colombia. The bombing attack injured 11 civilians and damaged a car that was parked outside the store. The bomb, which was packed with shrapnel, was reported by authorities to be a low-powered explosive device. No group claimed responsibility and local police could not offer a motive for the attack.
