12/11/2008: On Thursday night, an elderly Tamil woman was stabbed to death in her house by unidentified assailants at Chekkadippulavu, Chelva Nakar, Vavuniyaa, Sri Lanka. No other casualties were reported. According to Police, the motive has not yet been established for the killing. No group claimed responsibility.
