Incident Summary:

12/04/2008: On Thursday morning, at about 0225, in Khasavyurt, Dagestan, Russia, an improvised explosive device (IED) exploded, killing a street cleaner, Aishat Nazhmudinova. The attack occurred at the crossroads of the Magidov and Gorky streets. The bomb was stuffed with incapacitation elements and was as powerful as 400 grams of TNT. No group claimed responsibility.
