09/20/2008: On Saturday evening at 1845, eighteen people were injured in an explosion at a marketplace in Sivasagar, Assam, India. The bomb blast caused an unknown amount of damage to the market. No claim of responsibility was made for the incident, although United Liberation Front of Assam (ULFA) militants were blamed for the explosion.
