Incident Summary:

09/19/2008: On Friday, members of the Moro Islamic Liberation Front attempted to bomb the Tower 22 belonging to the National Transmission Corp. in Kauswagan, Lanao del Norte, Philippines. Assailants fired upon a nearby Civilian Armed Forces Geographical Unit to divert attention from the attempted attack. No group claimed responsibility for the attack and no casualties were reported.
